USDA Certified Organic Products: This means 2 things to Mendo Maté, LLC. One is our commitment to the environment and the second to our kids. When you see the USDA seal, it means the product is 95% or more certified organic. To us that is not good enough. So we make a pledge of 100% certified organic. If it is not 100% organic then we do not sell it.

Good-Trade: In the eyes of Mendo Maté there is nothing like trading with our principal partners. If we do not know the farmer or the manufacturer then we will not carry the products. Long ago we made a commitment to know our friends in each industry and to create well funded production lines and that is what we continue to do to this day. If we can not verify the wages and working conditions for our products we do not buy them.

The products are broken up into "type" fields. So each product type is placed into a category based off the most prevalently available raw product in the ingredients list. Example would be the Mendo Maté Adrenaline Blend would be set into the Yerba Maté Data Feed because it has 85% Organic Yerba Maté. Further for non food type products each feed is broken up into "use".
